The Customer Service Associate is the first point of contact for our dog clients and their parents, and needs to present themselves in a friendly, enthusiastic, and polished manner that embodies the Onyva brand. The Customer Service Associate is responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the customer experience is exceptional, anticipating the needs of clients and making them feel welcome and comfortable throughout their time at the spa.

Duties

  • Opening and closing the store, including preparing for incoming clients
  • Greeting arriving clients
  • Checking clients in and out
  • Answering phones, responding to emails and texts in a timely fashion
  • Scheduling appointments on our on-line booking system
  • Keeping up to date and accurate client information, records, and files
  • Promote and sell retail products to clients based on their needs and preferences
  • Having a clear and thorough understanding of the services provided
  • Educate clients on Custom Care Plans and encourage sign-ups to support business growth
  • Ensuring that the customer service and cleanliness standards are followed and always maintained
  • Reporting pertinent information to the management team
  • Assisting in the general cleaning of the reception and retail areas to maintain a clean working environment
