Onyva understands that sometimes schedules change, and we will, of course, work with you to reschedule your dog and get her/him in at your earliest convenience.

Cancellations or appointments rescheduled which occur within twenty-four hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge in full and the credit card held in your file will be charged for the scheduled services.

Please note that if you are over fifteen minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time allotted for your appointment.  If you have not arrived within fifteen minutes, your dog will be considered a “No-Show” for the appointment, and we will charge your credit card on file the full amount for the scheduled service.

Just as we ask for you to value Onyva’s time, we, too, must value yours.  Should Onyva need to cancel your scheduled appointment for reasons other than unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice, your rescheduled appointment will be free of charge to you.

Here at Onyva, we understand accidents and emergencies happen that prevent twenty-four hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Those in the Onyva community who have Memberships are given one (1) grace appointment per membership period for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
